Your monthly fee includes upgrades of all software, nightly backup and five support incidents per year.

As a PortalinkageCMS customer, your monthly fee covers:
- Continued upgrades and maintenance of hardware
- Continued upgrades and maintenance of Microsoft and PortalinkageCMS software
- Continued releases and upgrades of the E-Business Developer Suite, which provides all of the functionality of PortalinkageCMS
- Nightly backup of all content
Customers also benefit from access to Portalinkage's Help Desk, which gives customers:
- Unlimited reporting and resolution of confirmed bugs in the E-Business Developer Suite
- Up to five other support incidents per year.
- Ability to log calls by telephone between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
- Ability to log calls via email or fax outside of normal working hours.
- Allocation of a unique call reference number to every call.
- Response from a suitably qualified technical consultant within four working hours of the logging of the call.
